Thank you for choosing Regax. for your shopping needs. We are a small family run business committed to providing high-quality, unique products. Please read our purchases and shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping:

We work hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow for some extra time for your package to be prepared and shipped. For domestic orders within the United States, we offer both Standard and Priority shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while Priority shipping takes 3-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.

For international orders, please allow for additional time for customs processing, which can take 1-3 weeks. We will do our best to get your package shipped as quickly as possible, but please be patient as international shipping can sometimes take longer.

Handmade and Hand Engraved Items:

All of our handmade and hand engraved items are created to order, please allow for a one to two-week production time when ordering. Please note that since each item is hand-done and made from real crystals and gemstones, no two items are exactly alike. Please allow for some variation in color, size, and weight.

Returns and Exchanges:

We have an All Sales Final policy, but we understand that there may be exceptions. If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team for an authorization to return. The item that is being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags attached. Returns will be credited when the merchandise is received and inspected.

Damaged Goods:

We apologize if you received a damaged item in your shipment. In order to process a claim for a damaged item, we will need photos of the damaged product, as well as the package it was shipped in (both inside and outside). We will also require you to fill out a short claim form, which acts as a written affidavit to verify the claim with the shipping carrier.

Customer Accounts:

Creating a customer account with us is completely optional and not required for any purchase. However, if you're a frequent shopper and want to keep track of your orders, shipping and tracking information, and more, having an account can be a helpful tool. As a customer with an account, you'll have access to special sales and first-come, first-served offers on one-of-a-kind items. If you're not interested in creating an account, you can still stay up to date on the latest sales and updates by joining our email list or newsletter.

Custom Order Policy:

Thank you for considering a custom order from Regax! Please note that all sales on custom orders are final and we are unable to offer refunds. We take great care in creating each custom piece and will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product. Please allow for some variation in color, size, and weight.
