Returns & Exchanges

Refund policy

First and Foremost, We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our clothing being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.

For defective items: Please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return address for your purchase will be on your packing slip. 

! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (created with your design specially for you)
  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Jewelry
  • Worn or used items not in original condition
  • Items without the original tags

 Of course there are always exceptions! Please, get in touch with us so we can do our best to help you!

Exchanges

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@regax-shop.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Therefore DRIVADE™ reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@regax-shop.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at regax.shop@gmail.com.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
